1. Fill out your profile as completely as possible


The more complete your profile, the higher chance you have of matching for an interview, it's that simple.


2. Reorganize "priority" to optimize


Rearranging the "priority" of parts of your profile can optimize your matching potential.

  • Your profile is dynamic and the order of certain sections can be reorganized.

  • Consider reorganizing for priority once, or on a per-conference basis.

  • Press down on the item you want to rearrange, and move it up or down accordingly.
